How do I make an appointment?
On the Contact page you will find my email and phone number. Feel free to reach out to me however you feel most comfortable. I am happy to do a free phone consultation if you have any questions before we schedule.
Where are you located?
My office is in the Holly Springs/Canton area, off Holly Springs parkway, at 103 Mountain Brooke Drive Suite 108, Canton Georgia 30115
Do you accept insurance?
I accept Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurance. For other insurances, I can offer a superbill as an out-of-network provider. I also accept HSA and FSA cards. I have an out-of-pocket rate and offer a sliding scale for those who are eligible
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved for you. To serve all clients well, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If it’s less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full rate of the appointment with the credit card you have placed on file at the time of your intake session. In the case of illness or a true emergency, please contact me to discuss.
